We take great pleasure in announcing that Basrah OBELISK Law Firm exists as a registered Legal Advocacy Company, recognized by the Iraqi Companies Registration Directorate at the Ministry of Trade (MOT), and approved by the Iraqi Bar Association. The firm is based in Basrah, Southern Iraq, whereas its activities cover all Iraq, most notably with our recently opened branches in Baghdad, Missan, DhiQar and Wassitt governorates (cities), besides our intention to cover Iraq-related legal matters in the Gulf and the whole Middle East. The firm, due to the experience of its staff, enjoys a very good relationship with the Iraqi authorities, civil society organizations, courts and chambers.
